How to get up early in the morning

My living habit is to get up before 6 o'clock every morning, write something after getting up, then run on the playground of a nearby middle school, have breakfast after coming back, and then go to work.

The secret of getting up early is going to bed early. I must sleep before 1 1 every night, and often sleep after 10. Sometimes I can't go to bed on time because I have to work overtime at night. I may sleep more in the morning and get up after 7 o'clock, but I certainly won't get up very late.
