Lettuce is rich in dietary fiber, which can promote intestinal peristalsis, absorb intestinal water and effectively relieve constipation.
In addition, lettuce has the function of clearing heat and diuresis, which can promote the discharge of excess water in the body and is suitable for eating when getting angry.
Lettuce also contains interferon inducer and protocatechuic acid, which can resist virus, inhibit cancer cells and enhance immunity.
So for us, lettuce is a good thing. Let's share the practice of supplementing lettuce puree.
1. Take the tender leaves near the middle of lettuce, rinse them, and then put them in water and add some salt to soak them for about 5 minutes.
2. Wash and put in a pot, first boil the water, then add the lettuce, cook for 3 minutes (until soft and cooked) and take it out. Don't cook green leafy vegetables for too long, or the nutrition will be lost.
3. Put it into a food supplement machine and add a proper amount of warm water to make it muddy. Do not use too much water. Lettuce already contains water.
4. Soak the rice noodles, add 2-3 spoonfuls of lettuce puree, add 2 drops of walnut oil and stir well to serve.
Tips: Baby should add new complementary food. Don't add too much at a time, just less than one-third of the rice flour. Add a small amount for the first time, and then add it slowly after observing that the baby is not allergic.
