According to Netease News, Hejiang Mibai Jiangbei New City is expected to be completed and put into use in August 2022. The planned total land area of the new town is 999.6 hectares, including Jiangbei Avenue, Xuefu Home, Jiangbei Medical and Health Complex in Hejiang County and other projects.
The overall planning project of Jiangbei New Town is located in Nianziba Village, Mibai Town, with a total planning area of 999.60 hectares, including Hejiang Administrative Office, Hejiang Middle School Jiangbei Campus, Hejiang People's Hospital New Park, residential area, commercial facilities, Binjiang Park Belt and Baita Cultural Commercial Street. The north, west and south are the roads of urban planning, and the east is the urban green space, which is a landscape garden city.
