Implement advanced teaching concepts such as "clinical-oriented organ system module integration curriculum system" and "problem-centered" teaching methods. At present, the undergraduate course system of clinical medicine in medical colleges consists of main courses and comprehensive courses. The main courses include general basic module, life science and medicine basic module, system integration module (including ten systems of exercise, respiration, digestion, immunity, blood, circulation, urine, reproduction, nerve and endocrine), basic and clinical bridge module and clinical course. At the same time, there are about 3 months of "advanced elective" courses. It is mainly to let students choose the period of "deep learning" according to their personal potential after basic and clinical learning practice, and send them to famous domestic (foreign) medical colleges to complete "advanced elective" courses, so as to provide students with opportunities to further cultivate basic and clinical knowledge and technical ability. The comprehensive course consists of humanistic quality module, preventive medicine module and innovative scientific research module. Some core courses in the whole curriculum system are taught in bilingual or English.
At the same time, the department actively expands the external space for running schools and is in line with the international medical education model. At present, it is jointly establishing a doctor of clinical medicine training system with the University of Dublin, Ireland, and has carried out in-depth cooperation with monash University in Australia, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and other first-class medical colleges at home and abroad. At present, the Medical College of Shenzhen University has signed the Letter of Intent for Multi-party Strategic Cooperation in the Field of Health Science Innovation with Dublin University of Ireland, ICON Company of Ireland, Huada Gene Company, INSIGHT Company and Ping An Trust, and signed the Cooperation Implementation Agreement between Dublin University of Ireland and Shenzhen University of China with Dublin University to jointly establish the Shenzhen-Dublin Institute of Health Science. In addition, we have established cooperative relations with monash university in Australia, UCL and Leicester university in Britain, Chinese university of hong kong, peking university health science center, Fudan university and other first-class medical colleges at home and abroad, actively carried out high-end talent training cooperation, rapidly improved the running strength and talent training quality of Shenzhen university medical center, and achieved leap-forward development.
In the next 5- 10 years, the Ministry of Medicine will strengthen the construction of medical teaching, scientific research and translational medicine, improve the teaching level, improve the discipline construction, promote the development of medicine and improve the research level. On the basis of existing colleges and specialties, we will gradually increase nursing, rehabilitation medicine, public health and other specialties, and accelerate the construction of basic medical colleges, biomedical engineering colleges, pharmaceutical colleges, public health colleges, rehabilitation medicine and nursing colleges, and translational medicine research institutes; It will also build a medical system of Shenzhen University, including 2-3 high-end directly affiliated hospitals and 8- 10 non-directly affiliated clinical colleges, so as to achieve the goal of greatly improving the clinical teaching environment and promoting the level of clinical scientific research and diagnosis and treatment; At present, the Medical Department has an affiliated hospital (Second Hospital of the City), and another affiliated hospital located in Xili New Campus is under construction. We have established strategic cooperative relations with hospitals in several cities and districts in Shenzhen. Shenzhen Third People's Hospital (Infectious Disease Hospital), Fifth People's Hospital (Luohu Hospital), Kangning Hospital, Ophthalmology Hospital, Nanshan Hospital, Longgang Otolaryngology Hospital and Sun Yixian Cardiovascular Hospital have signed contracts to become affiliated hospitals of Shenzhen University. It is planned to set up a 10- 12 center which combines basic and clinical work closely in major medical fields that affect people's physical and mental health, such as tumors, metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, neuropsychiatric diseases, kidney diseases and regenerative medicine, and build a large number of first-class translational medicine research teams integrating medicine, teaching and research to promote medicine in Shenzhen University Medical College. It will take 5- 10 years to build the Medical Science Center of Shenzhen University into a well-known medical college in China, realize the wish of "serious illness will not leave Shenzhen" and promote the overall rapid development of medical and health undertakings in Shenzhen. There are 7 scientific research projects in Shenzhen and 8 scientific and technological projects/kloc-0, with a contract fund of 33.5788 million yuan. The Ministry of Health vigorously advocates and supports translational medicine research, and some achievements have been industrialized. Among them, the recombinant human natriuretic peptide (rhANP) project of Biochemical Engineering Center signed an industrialization contract with the production enterprise at the end of 20 12, with a total contract target of 43 million yuan.
The Department of Medicine started in Houhai Campus of Shenzhen University. The planned campus of the Medical Department is located in Xili University Town, with a planned construction area of 6,543.8+0.5 million square meters. The university hospital directly under the Central Government is adjacent to the new campus of the Medical Department, and it is constructed simultaneously with the Medical Department. Its construction goal is to build a comprehensive, high-end, third-class and first-class teaching hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, rehabilitation and preventive health care with international characteristics.
