According to the relevant laws and regulations, the new regulation for handling health certificates is to cancel the preventive medical examination fee, and the relevant personnel in five major industries, such as food production and operation, public services, cosmetics, disposable medical and health products, toxic and hazardous and radioactive operations, and child care, must hold health certificates. Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts. Personnel who directly serve customers in public places can only take up their posts with health certificates. Persons suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, purulent or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder public health shall not engage in direct customer service before they are cured. Personnel directly engaged in cosmetics production must have an annual health examination and obtain a health certificate before they can engage in cosmetics production activities. The main diseases involved in health examination are dysentery, typhoid fever, active tuberculosis, infectious skin diseases and other infectious diseases. If you are diagnosed with these diseases, you are not allowed to engage in hairdressing and beauty, direct contact with imported food, public bathrooms and other work that directly serves customers, and you can only work after you are cured.

Article 45 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall establish and implement the health management system for employees.
