Article 7 Personnel who directly serve customers in public places must hold health certificates before they can engage in their own jobs. Persons suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, purulent or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder public health shall not engage in direct customer service before they are cured.
Fourteenth any unit or individual has one of the following acts, the health and epidemic prevention institutions shall, according to the seriousness of the case, give administrative penalties such as warning, fine, suspension of business for rectification and revocation of health license:
(a) the health quality does not meet the national health standards and requirements, but continues to operate;
(2) directly serving customers without obtaining a health certificate;
(3) refusing health supervision;
(four) operating without obtaining a health permit.
All fines will be turned over to the state treasury.
