Article 20 An employing unit with serious occupational hazards shall, in addition to complying with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, entrust an occupational health technical service institution with corresponding qualifications to evaluate the occupational hazards at least once every three years. Article 16 The State establishes a system for reporting occupational hazards.

Seventeenth new construction, expansion, renovation projects and technical transformation, technology introduction projects (hereinafter referred to as construction projects) may produce occupational hazards, the construction unit shall conduct a pre-assessment of occupational hazards in the feasibility study stage.
If the construction project of medical institutions may produce radioactive occupational hazards, the construction unit shall submit a pre-evaluation report on radioactive occupational hazards to the administrative department of health. The administrative department of health shall make an audit decision within 30 days from the date of receiving the pre-evaluation report, and notify the construction unit in writing. If the pre-evaluation report is not submitted or the pre-evaluation report is not approved by the health administrative department, the construction shall not be started.
The pre-evaluation report on occupational disease hazards shall evaluate the occupational disease hazards that may occur in the construction project and their impact on the health of the workplace and workers, and determine the hazard categories and occupational disease protection measures.
Measures for the classified management of occupational hazards in construction projects shall be formulated by the safety production supervision and management department of the State Council.
Article 18 The cost of occupational disease prevention facilities for construction projects shall be included in the project budget of construction projects, designed, constructed and put into production and use at the same time as the main project.
The design of occupational disease prevention facilities for construction projects shall conform to the national occupational health standards and health requirements; Among them, the design of protective facilities for construction projects with serious radioactive occupational hazards in medical institutions shall be examined and approved by the health administrative department before construction.
Before the completion and acceptance of the construction project, the construction unit shall evaluate the control effect of occupational disease hazards.
When the construction project of medical institutions that may cause radioactive occupational hazards is completed and accepted, the radioactive occupational disease protection facilities shall be put into use only after passing the acceptance by the health administrative department; Occupational disease prevention facilities of other construction projects shall be accepted by the construction unit according to law, and can be put into production and use only after passing the acceptance. The supervision and administration department of production safety shall strengthen the supervision and verification of the acceptance activities and acceptance results organized by the construction unit.

The local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of occupational disease prevention and control within their respective administrative areas. The relevant departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of occupational disease prevention and control within their respective functions and duties.
The people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen communication and close cooperation, exercise their functions and powers and assume responsibilities according to their respective responsibilities.
Article 10 the State Council and local people's governments at or above the county level shall formulate plans for the prevention and control of occupational diseases, incorporate them into the national economic and social development plans, and organize their implementation.
