In recent 14 days, people who live in low-risk areas of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, who are diagnosed, suspected, close contacts and asymptomatic infected by non-state or Beijing health departments, and those who are not at home or are isolated in Beijing can get "no abnormality" health status.
