How to apply for Kunming green code

Legal analysis: Before traveling or arriving in Yunnan, all people who plan to enter Yunnan can scan the QR code of Yunnan health declaration system, or log in to "a mobile phone service", or scan the code through Baidu search website of Yunnan Provincial Health and Wellness Committee or click relevant links to declare personal health information through the network and generate Yunnan health code (red, yellow and green). People who meet the conditions of epidemic prevention and control will generate a green code, and those with red code and yellow code will become green codes after meeting the conditions.

Legal basis: People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.

Article 5 People's governments at all levels shall lead the prevention and control of infectious diseases.

The people's governments at or above the county level shall formulate plans for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and organize their implementation, and establish and improve the disease prevention and control, medical treatment, supervision and management systems for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.

Article 6 The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.

Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.

The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
