Third, for those who come (return) to Beijing from other parts of China (excluding Hubei Province) to return to work, if there are centralized working conditions, they should be closed and managed, and they can work while observing under the premise of good protection; Other personnel still need to stay in the hospital for observation before taking up their posts 14 days.

Fourth, staff living in Beijing, such as Beisan County, Langfang City, Hebei Province, have no rigid requirements for daily commuting, but they have to undergo routine inspections when entering and leaving Beijing.

Fifth, civil aviation crew and railway team staff often travel to and from different places, which is a rigid work requirement and can live in Beijing.

Sixth, for the needs of unit management and family safety, the staff in the central unit in Beijing who travel to and from epidemic-prone areas should be separated from work and life after returning to Beijing.
