Yes, all participating athletes must go through a hospital at or above the county level to prove that they are in good health (including the electrocardiogram (ECG) examined within one month before the competition/KLOC-0), are suitable for participating in international wrestling events, and have purchased personal accident insurance, which is also valid in case of injury accidents in other places before they can participate in the competition.
