Health declaration method for people from other provinces (return to Hubei)

First of all, make a health declaration in any of the following ways in advance, and truthfully fill in personal information:

1. Log in to "Hubei Office" APP- Health Code-Self-declaration and filing;

2. Log in to Alipay App-Hubei Health Code-self-declaration and filing;

3. Log in to the "WeChat" app- Wuhan War Epidemic-Health Code-Newspaper (Back) Chinese Newspaper System (only for destinations in Wuhan);

4, other officially recognized independent filing channels for the record, by the local authorities responsible for the final interpretation.

Second, important tips:

All mainlanders who come (return) to Hubei have passed the green code of Hubei health code after entering Hubei. People who return to Hubei from domestic risk areas should take the initiative to report to their communities (villages), work units or hotels (restaurants) and implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, scanning health codes, nucleic acid testing and health management.
