Remarks: Except for the platform linked to the website, all other appointment methods must first apply for a medical card and recharge it. Patients who do not make an appointment through the official link booking platform of Xiangya Hospital will not be accepted by our hospital.
Number taking method:
◆ On the day of seeing a doctor, the patient takes the ID card and diagnosis card to the outpatient self-service machine to get the number, and then goes to the designated waiting area in order according to the number on the number list.
◆ Please take the number 1 0 hours before the medical session. If you don't pick it up, the reservation number will automatically expire, you remember it once.
Cancel the reservation:
If you can't come for various reasons, you must log in to the personal center of the reservation website one day in advance to cancel. Call 073 1-89753999 via hospital phone, window, self-service machine, pocket xiangya and WeChat to cancel the appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled in time and the doctor is not treated as scheduled, the original prepaid registration fee will not be refunded.
Blacklist management:
If all reservation users cancel their reservation three times in half a year or five times in 1 month, they will be blacklisted and their reservation authority will be restricted for two months.
Re-issue diagnostic card:
Please bring your ID card to the outpatient charge window, otherwise it will be invalid.
