What must-see attractions are there in Jincheng, Shanxi?

Yuncheng, named after "the city of salt transportation", is the hometown of Guan Yu, a famous Shu-Han scholar in the Three Kingdoms period. Belonging to the south of Shanxi, it is the south gate of Shanxi, which was called Hedong in ancient times. Yuncheng has a long history and is dotted with places of interest. It is one of the main birthplaces of the Chinese nation.

After coming to Yuncheng, many tourists said with emotion, "Ten years' development will see Shenzhen, a hundred years' vicissitudes will see Shanghai, a thousand years' prosperity will see Beijing, three thousand years' dynasty will see Xi 'an, and five thousand years' civilization will see Yuncheng."

If you travel to Jincheng, Bian Xiao introduced four must-see attractions. Don't miss them.

First, Jiezhou Guandi Temple

Jiezhou Guandi Temple is located in Xiguan, Jiezhou Town, Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province. North of Yinhu Lake (Yanchi), facing Zhongtiao Mountain, with beautiful scenery. Changping Village, southeast of Xiezhou 10 km, is the hometown of Guan Yu, the general of Shu in the Three Kingdoms, so Guandi Temple in Xiezhou is the ancestor of Wu Temple.

Throughout the ages, in Chinese-inhabited areas and Han-influenced areas all over the world, people have honored him as "Guan Gong", looking up to Guan Gong, wearing armor and holding a dragon crescent moon blade, demonstrating his Zhong Ling heroism of "loyalty to Japan" and "righteousness to heaven". Yuncheng is the hometown of Guan Gong, and Guan Gong is his pride.

Second, the Pujiu Temple

Pujiu Temple is located in Xixiang Village, about 0/2km northwest of yongji city, and was founded in the early years of Sui Dynasty. Yingying Tower is the most famous building in the temple, with a height of 50 meters and a floor of *** 13. The structure of this tower is very strange. It is one of the rare echo buildings in China to hit the tower with stones, which has a clear echo.

In Wang Shifu's "Cui Yingying Waiting for the West Chamber" in the Yuan Dynasty, the love story of "the matchmaker leads the red line under the moon and Zhang Sheng meets Cui Yingying by chance" happened in Pujiu Temple.

Third, the stork tower scenic spot

Stork Tower, also known as Stork Tower, is named after storks inhabit here from time to time. It is located on the bank of the Yellow River outside the western suburbs of the ancient city of Zhou Pu in Yongji, Shanxi, at the junction of Shanxi, Qin and Henan provinces.

Wang Zhihuan, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, wrote in the Heron Pavilion: "The mountains cover the daytime, and the sea exhausts the golden river. But as long as you go up a flight of stairs, you can broaden your horizons by 300 miles. " Make it famous in the world and become a landmark building in the Yellow River Basin.

Four. Yuncheng Yongle Palace

Yongle Palace, located in Ruicheng County, Yuncheng City, is famous for its murals. Free on September 27th every year, parking fee 10 yuan. Yongle Palace has a large area, but only a few halls in the middle are worth visiting, and the murals in the halls are a little seriously damaged. Because it belongs to the division and relocation, the massive traces of murals are more obvious.

There is an exhibition hall dedicated to the relocation process. When the scenic spot is free, there are few tourists, and personally, the value of playing is very high. The gate of the scenic spot faces the county seat. You can try some pasta in Shanxi in the county, which is very good.

Yuncheng has more than 600 cultural relics tourist attractions 1.600, including 90 in China and 57 in the whole province. It is a prefecture-level city with the largest number of key cultural relics protection units in China. The discovery of Shu ape fossils in the 20th century advanced the origin of human beings by more than 654.38+million years, and the Xihoudu cultural site was the earliest proof that human beings used fire.
