Declaration conditions:

Intermediate health consultant (meet one of the following conditions)

2. Senior health consultant (meeting one of the following conditions)
1, qualified as an intermediate health consultant and worked continuously for 2 years;
2. Senior formal training for health consultants has reached the required standard hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
3. Have a doctorate in health, education and medicine.
