What should be included in the occupational health monitoring file?

According to the regulations, the employer shall establish occupational health monitoring files for workers (including temporary workers) who have labor relations. The roster of workers shall be filed separately before, during and after taking up their posts.

Occupational health monitoring files shall include the following contents:

1. General information about name, gender, age, native place, marriage, education level, hobbies, etc.

2. Workers' occupational history, past history of occupational hazards and contact history;

3, the corresponding workplace occupational hazard factors monitoring results;

4, occupational health examination results and treatment;

5, occupational disease diagnosis and treatment of employee health information.
