Diet:

First: light, not spicy, except for people in special areas.

Second: Don't eat junk food often, drink carbonated drinks and eat occasionally.

Summary: no overeating, no anorexia, regular diet.

Behaviorally:

First: Don't be lazy and exercise regularly.

Second: work and rest should be regular, don't stay up late, don't smoke and drink often, and don't drink too much.

Psychologically:

Always consider problems from the perspective of others, tolerant, broad-minded and indifferent.
