Experience of nap management in kindergarten

Lead: To cultivate children's good living habits, from the perspective of children's physiology, children aged 3-6 need to sleep11-0/2 hours and take a nap at noon. The younger they are, the longer they need to sleep. Nap is set according to children's age characteristics and physical needs, which plays an important role in promoting children's normal physical development and coordinated functional development, strengthening their physique, cultivating good living habits, hygiene habits and interest in participating in sports activities.

Experience of nap management in kindergartens i. Reasons

Children who have been active for a long time from morning to noon will definitely feel tired. Taking a nap after lunch can refresh your stomach. In addition, the child's physical development is incomplete, especially after meals. But judging from children's behavior, they not only don't have good nap habits, but also don't follow nap rules. Think about it for many reasons.

(a) Before the change, teachers let their children leave irresponsibly.

Our garden has changed from a private park to a park. Teachers in private kindergartens learned that after July 20 12, kindergartens will be turned into public parks, and they have no intention to go to work, and they have not carefully organized the activities of the day, so that children can move freely, which makes naughty children more naughty, and children who have performed well are also affected.

(b) After the transition, there are many children in the combined classes of kindergartens.

There were few children in each of the original three middle classes in kindergarten. After entering the large class, we merged three classes into two classes, and the number of classes increased (not exceeding the prescribed number), and some children were unfamiliar with each other.

(3) The new teacher failed to grasp the characteristics of children.

Although the new teacher made home visits to all the children in the class during the summer vacation, the home visits were short and there were many children, and the teachers did not have a deep understanding of each child's personality, characteristics and performance. Therefore, facing more than 30 children at the same time, new teachers can't flexibly use effective and appropriate educational methods according to the characteristics of each child.

(D) Theory cannot be divorced from the actual role transformation.

Into a public park, our park recruited 14 new teachers at one time. Although Beishanwan Kindergarten has five teachers to teach, it can't meet the demand that every class has an old teacher. Therefore, there are some problems in the organization of all aspects of one-day tour activities, such as theory sometimes divorced from reality, high requirements in kindergartens, and no real change in roles.

Second, strategy.

(1) Take the correct educational concept as the development point and lead the growth of teachers.

1. Patrol and demonstration

The administrative leaders patrol the duty every day, observe the teacher's organization and understand the children's performance. If the teacher doesn't organize a nap, he should ask the administration to organize it in person, such as organizing quiet games, asking to go to the toilet and go to bed, demonstrating one by one, so that the teacher can imitate learning and gradually master the skills of organizing a nap.

2. Exchange and discussion

I will discuss my experience with my teachers, such as the significance of nap management, and let them know that everyone has talent, but some people don't know how to play it. The immediate difficulties are temporary. Give full play to teachers' subjective initiative and seek change and development.

3. Respect and understanding

The new teacher won't organize a nap. I don't criticize and accuse blindly, but listen to the teacher's ideas with respect, so as to give the teacher targeted instructions and guidance and enhance the teacher's confidence in himself. With such respect and understanding, teachers will naturally have motivation and enthusiasm for their own educational work.

Step 4 trust and praise

Trust gives strength, praise gives hope. If I want to help teachers organize nap management effectively, I often check whether my words and deeds make teachers feel it. Be trusted? 、? Be praised? . I don't mean to praise teachers for their efforts to improve and make progress in nap management.

(2) Take solid educational research as the starting point to improve their own abilities.

1. Learning and management

On the one hand, I encourage teachers to learn the routine requirements of kindergarten day activities, especially the work requirements of the main and shift teachers in the nap session and the behavior requirements of children, to further clarify the requirements and master the methods. On the other hand, learn from the master or backbone teacher and apply what you have learned. When they are on duty, they are required to organize a nap in a serious and orderly manner, take a walk and talk before the nap, patrol and care during the nap, and never let themselves go.

Recording and sharing

I put forward requirements for teachers, such as recording the organization of nap, thinking and studying, and finally sharing with other teachers, so that teachers can learn from each other and expand the idea of nap organization.

Praise and encouragement

The teacher asked that children be encouraged to build up their self-confidence in time. Secondly, when you see your child's progress, even a little progress, you should affirm it in time during the nap, for example? Close your eyes as soon as you sleep. Keep improving. Let children see their continuous progress. Thirdly, use situational performance to cultivate rules, so that children can understand the meaning of the rules, negotiate with their peers to formulate nap rules, and consciously abide by them. Finally, carry out activities, and let children see their little progress by choosing activities that take a good nap and praise their children.

(3) Strive for communication between parents based on sincere values.

Children's growth is inseparable from family, and parents are an educational resource. Sincere communication with parents starts from the heart. So how to communicate with parents to help children develop good nap habits and achieve the goal of consistent education?

1. Smile and care. Parents are our partners. Teachers should be emotional, establish good friendship with their parents, smile at their parents and treat them sincerely. Children enter the park and receive every child warmly. A greeting, a smile and a touch all make parents feel love for their children. We must try our best to solve what our parents told us, and we must give timely feedback. In this way, please ask parents to cooperate with the organization of children's nap, which can be carried out smoothly.

2. Equality and trust. Teachers must treat their parents equally and treat them as friends, and they must do so on the basis of respecting their parents? Half-hearted? That is, patience, modesty, sincerity, sincerity and undivided attention. Infect parents with their enthusiasm, touch parents with their sincerity, and let parents trust teachers and support their work.

3. Books and publicity. Teachers should read widely, learn from excellent parents' educational experience books, recommend excellent parents' educational experience books to parents, which can be famous books, such as picture books "Children Vomiting", "Pigs Can Fly" and even famous passages, and publicize the importance of good living habits and study habits to parents' growth. Even children's naps are valued and managed, which is beneficial to children's health.
