You can find a master who knows the power supply, measure your adapter with a multimeter, (that is, the connecting cable of the charger connected to the power supply on your computer) plug in the 220v terminal of the adapter, and then measure the output voltage with the DC gear of the multimeter, whether it is compatible with the voltage required by the computer, (that is, plug in the 220v terminal, plug in the computer here, and use an electric meter to measure whether there is electricity).
Then the power switch in the socket on the computer is broken. However, this is unlikely.
