Candidates are required to submit the following materials during on-site audit confirmation:
(1) Candidates with local household registration:
(1) Original second-generation valid ID card (within the validity period);
(2) The original of my household registration (for collective household registration, the original of this page of my household registration, the home page stamped with the official seal (riding seal) and a copy of this page of my household registration are required, and the stamp template is shown in Annex 2);

④ Original graduation certificate.
(2) Candidates with local residence permits:
(1) Original second-generation valid ID card (within the validity period);
② Original residence permit (within the validity period);
③ Personal Commitment Letter (Annex 4);
④ Health declaration form (Annex 3)
⑤ Original graduation certificate.
(3) Candidates who register at the school:
(1) Original second-generation valid ID card (within the validity period);
② Student ID card (indicating the name of the school and the registration information of the current year) or the original study certificate issued by the school registration management department (the personal information of the student registration certificate is complete, see Annex 5 for the sample of the student registration certificate).
