5. After the dough is exhausted, roll it into an oval shape, roll it into an olive shape from top to bottom, put it in a baking tray covered with tin foil, and ferment it for 40 minutes at 40℃ and humidity of about 85;

6. Cut a knife on the dough surface with a sharp knife, continue to ferment for 15 minutes, and squeeze the prepared seaweed butter sauce into the mouth;

7. Preheat the oven 180℃ and bake for about 15 minutes.
