(1) Obtained the graduation certificate of nursing specialty of secondary health nursing school that has passed the evaluation of nursing specialty by provincial education administrative department and health administrative department.
(2) Obtained the graduation certificate of nursing specialty approved by the education administrative department of the State Council.
(3) The graduation certificate and nurse's practice license of overseas secondary or higher medical colleges recognized by the administrative department of education in the State Council, among which foreigners should obtain the HSK certificate of Chinese proficiency test stipulated by People's Republic of China (PRC), and have been on probation in medical institutions designated by the administrative department of health for more than 3 months.
