Foods with high manganese content:
Pearl tea, mussel meat, black tea, brick tea, galangal, green tea, Amomum villosum (commonly used as traditional Chinese medicine), black sesame, wheat germ powder, scented tea, Tieguanyin tea, bran, cinnamon, dried ginger, gourd, dried vegetables (mustard greens), auricularia auricula, auricularia auricula, mussels, lotus seeds (dried), first-class Longjing and dodder. In addition, radish tassels, carrots, wheat, lentils, Chinese cabbage, brown rice, soybeans and eggplant also contain more manganese.

Zinc exists widely in all kinds of foods, but the content, absorption and utilization rate of zinc in animal foods and plant foods are quite different. Animal food is rich in zinc and has high absorption rate. It is reported that the content of zinc per kilogram of food, such as oysters and herring, is above 1000 mg, while meat, liver and eggs are between 20-50 mg. Chinese cabbage, soybean and white radish contain more than 30 mg of zinc per kilogram. The zinc content is between 10 ~ 30 mg, including rice (coarse), wheat, wheat flour, millet, corn, corn flour, sorghum flour, lentils, potatoes, carrots, purple radishes, turnips, radish tassels, pumpkins and boxes. The zinc content of dried sweet potato is less than 10 mg.
