2. Gift-oriented preaching-The role of church leaders is to help their members recognize their gifts and make them engage in appropriate service work. When Christians serve in their given fields, they can usually use less of their own strength and use more of the power given by the Holy Spirit. 3. Passionate Spirituality-Are Christians "on fire" in our church? Do they live a firm life and a confident life with joy and enthusiasm? 8. Love relationship-The growing church has a higher "love quotient" than the stagnant and declining church. In a healthy growing church, believers will warmly invite others to their homes, which is a part of normal Christian life. People don't want to listen to us talk about love, they want to experience how Christ's love works.
