What's it like to dance square dance?
I used to teach square dance, but now I don't dance. If I jump too much, something will go wrong. Enough is enough. Not every elderly woman is suitable for square dance. Square dance can relax, sweat profusely and lose weight. However, some people will not stop, which will lead to waist and leg problems, physical decline and easy to get pneumonia. Square dance is very simple, and people with some basic skills can dance gracefully.
