Health examination standard for blood donors

Encourage citizens to participate in voluntary blood donation at the age of 18-55.

If a number of blood donors who have no response to previous blood donation and meet the requirements of health examination voluntarily ask for blood donation again, their age can be extended to 60 years old.

Anyone who passes the following physical examination can participate in blood donation.

1. General physical examination

1) weight:

Male ≥50 kg, female ≥45 kg.

2) blood pressure:

90 mmHg≤ or less systolic blood pressure 60mmHg≤ or less diastolic blood pressure 3) Pulse:

60- 100 times per minute;

High endurance athletes perform 50- 100 times per minute, with regular rhythm.

4) The body temperature is normal.

5)? There is no yellow stain on skin and sclera.

The skin has no wound infection and extensive dermatosis.

6) There is no severe or above disability of limbs, no serious dysfunction and no redness and swelling of joints.

7) There is no skin injury at the venipuncture site of both arms, and there is no trace of intravenous drug injection.

8) There is no disease or medical history that affects blood quality and the safety of blood donors after health consultation.

2. Blood screening test

1) determination of hemoglobin:

Male ≥ 120g/L, female ≥115g/l.

2) Alanine aminotransferase (ALT): meets the relevant requirements.

3) Detection of hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg): It meets the relevant requirements.

4) Detection of hepatitis C virus (HCV antibody): It meets relevant requirements.

5) HIV antibody detection: it meets the relevant requirements.

6) Syphilis detection: It meets relevant requirements.
