After the appointment is successful, I will take my passport, valid visa, air ticket or electronic certificate for going abroad before the Spring Festival of 20021,ID card, household registration book or residence permit (ID card or household registration book is provided by registered residents in this city, residence permit is provided by permanent residents in this city) and other originals and copies to the selected vaccination clinic at the appointed time, and then I will be vaccinated after on-site verification.
Note: You need to bring the original and photocopy of various certificates on the day of inoculation. If it is verified to be inconsistent with the registration information, the vaccination qualification will be cancelled.
