Does donating qualified blood for free mean that you are completely healthy?

Only seven items were examined before and after blood donation: blood type, transaminase, hemoglobin, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, AIDS and syphilis.

Qualified blood donation only means that blood can be used in clinic, and blood stations cannot prove the health status of blood donors on this basis.

There are many tests for people's complete health, but only a few are tested for blood donation. Qualified blood donation does not mean that the donor is completely healthy.
