If individual students haven't finished their homework by bedtime, they should go to bed on time first, and their homework may not be finished for the time being; Teachers should help students analyze the reasons, strengthen academic guidance and put forward improvement strategies. If necessary, they can adjust the content and quantity of homework and should not punish students. Strengthen students' sleep monitoring, and incorporate students' sleep status into students' physical health monitoring and education quality evaluation monitoring system.

(3) Strengthen the management of mobile phones. In principle, primary and secondary school students are not allowed to bring mobile phones into campus and classrooms. If a student's mobile phone really needs to be brought into the campus, it must be applied in writing by the parents and approved by the school. After entering the school, the mobile phone will be handed over to the school for safekeeping. Schools should set up public telephones, set up a communication hotline for class teachers, and explore the use of electronic student ID cards with call function to facilitate students to contact their parents. Schools should improve the daily mobile phone management system, adopt flexible and diverse ways to educate and guide students to treat electronic products such as mobile phones scientifically and rationally, and improve students' information literacy and self-management ability; If students are found to bring their mobile phones into the campus or classroom illegally, they should strengthen education and guidance through home-school cooperation and psychological counseling to avoid simple and rude management behavior. (4) Standardize the management of reading materials. The education administrative departments of cities and counties (districts) should fully grasp the situation of extracurricular reading materials entering the campus, and be responsible for the supervision and inspection of extracurricular reading materials entering the campus. Primary and secondary schools should do a good job in the recommendation and management of extracurricular reading materials according to actual needs, be responsible for organizing the selection and review of extracurricular reading materials in our school, strictly introduce the recommendation procedures and requirements of campus reading materials, and prevent problem reading materials from entering the campus. The recommended catalogue should be made public to students and parents and reported to the higher authorities. Extracurricular reading materials adhere to the principle of voluntary purchase, schools may not organize unified purchase, and it is forbidden to force or force students to buy extracurricular reading materials in disguised form. Primary and secondary schools should start all the courses prescribed by the state, strengthen the construction of moral education, physical education, aesthetic education, labor education and other courses, attach importance to the education of the rule of law, safety education and mental health, carry out teaching activities in strict accordance with the national curriculum standards, fully implement the "zero starting point" teaching in all sectors, and teach as much as possible. It is not allowed to increase or decrease the class hours, change the difficulty or adjust the progress at will. Strictly control the number of examinations according to regulations, reduce the pressure of examinations, and organize unified examinations in the name of quality control without violating regulations. It is strictly forbidden to publish students' grades and rankings in any way. Encourage schools not to take the unified paper-and-pencil exam in the first semester of primary school, and actively explore other flexible evaluation methods to promote the connection between children and children.
