2. Strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
The school sent three people to the Department of Psychology of East China Normal University to participate in the "Shanghai Training Course for Key Teachers of Mental Health Education", and sent some part-time psychological teachers and class teachers to participate in the mental health education report meeting and training class organized or held by the Municipal Education Commission and the Municipal Psychological Society. At present, the psychological counseling center has 2 full-time teachers and more than 20 part-time psychological teachers. In addition to face-to-face counseling in class, the psychological counseling center also assigns special personnel to be on duty regularly, and conducts individual counseling and group psychological counseling according to students' individual differences and personality characteristics. In view of the common psychological problems of students, the psychological counseling center holds special lectures on corresponding problems for students from time to time, such as freshmen's adaptation to school, interpersonal problems, adolescence confusion, exam anxiety and so on. 4. Strengthen the construction of students' psychological self-help groups.

7. Focus on scientific research
Advanced scientific research concept is a favorable guarantee for psychological consultation. In order to improve the scientific research level of teachers' psychological counseling, the school often invites experts and professors from universities and scientific research institutions to teach for the whole school teachers. Professor Zhang Shengyuan and Professor Wu Zengqiang from the Institute of General Education of Shanghai Academy of Educational Sciences, and Associate Professor Geng Wenxiu and Associate Professor Ye Bin from East China Normal University have all come to our school to give lectures and guide teachers to carry out research.
