I saw a healthy cloud phone recently. Where can I find it?
Qin Tao: I am also an enterprise that started and grew up in Nanjing. Just now many friends said that Nanjing is a very suitable place to start a business. I also graduated from Nanjing with a bachelor's degree and recruited my first employee here. I'm also from Wuhan, and I work in Software Valley. Employees from Central China are very stable and reliable. A topic just given me is to tap the value of mobile Internet. I think it should be a concern. I am a product myself, and I think I am a mobile Internet user. I found that the Lunar New Year on my mobile phone is just needed. Actually, I started making mobile phone software in 2009. You should know Android. I outsourced this website in 2009, and I was lucky enough to participate in the first batch of Android market in China. At that time, I didn't know what users were and what products were, so we made a lot of software, such as advertising platform, Makete. I don't know what value to create for users, so I use technology to do it, and I don't know what kind of software this technology can create for users. In fact, in September of 1 1, I entered the twists and turns and made China Calendar products. Everyone was not optimistic at that time. I said I used this product because this mobile phone has no lunar calendar, so I made it for users and solved a rigid demand. It is this demand that makes the latter break through100000 and 500 million100000. Product first standard: Finding the right target users When we make products, the first standard is to find my own target users, what problems I solve for users, and then it is very important to divide the work reasonably. In our own R&D system, users are regarded as the sun and God. In fact, the internal division of labor is also like this. The most fundamental thing is the positioning of users, what problems we help users solve, and then we start to quickly subdivide this matter, and then cut into different stages to see different things in such rapid implementation, and then make the next plan. When we first started doing this, few people might have thought that it would create commercial value. We solved a problem for users. How to create value for users? Solve customer problems. The characteristics of this problem include: 1) universality; 2) high frequency; 3) high viscosity; 4) What service does Easy Dissemination actually use to create value for users? Maybe I'll take my own personal experience to make a simple and superficial view. On the first day of 2009, I took a fancy to Android and bought a G 1 mobile phone. We thought that this mobile phone would change the whole mobile Internet next, but in fact, we made a very arrogant idea. The first thing was to make a distribution channel, but we didn't make it because we didn't have money, team and products. We just talked about combining offline takeout and coupons. In fact, we are not good at it, but it is not suitable for a team like us. Then we made an advertising platform. We think this can create value for the media and users. But this service is really not available. We don't understand that user data analysis is suitable for us, so when you think to create value for users, a simple service is actually very important. There are several points to judge whether that step can make a product: the first is universality. Whoever sees this thing has needs. Do not divide your users. I have many friends who make products. He said that this product can only be used under this condition and this definition, so there are few people. The second is high frequency, which is very important. Because the mobile internet is opening software every day, from the earliest player to the 10 software installed on every mobile phone now, you must make him think of you all the time and open you. There are not many frequently opened software now, so your service must be used frequently after your target group installs you, so as not to forget you. The third is high viscosity, which users cannot do without, forming a kind of dependence and goodwill. This is very important. In fact, I think this is more important, just like today's WeChat. It is the same for us to make a China calendar. We have had millions of users following us since September of 1 1, and there are still many. Why do they use us? It is very simple to start making China perpetual calendar, that is, to check the weather by looking at the Gregorian calendar. When we reach10 million users, we can't just do this. We just said that we would start memorizing by importing some data, and then we would say what to do if these data were lost, so we would do cloud storage. So far, we are a cloud storage company with hundreds of millions of users in China. Although we are not just starting to do the cloud, we are a cloud enterprise. Then in fact, in this case, the user's data has already formed a connection with us and will never leave us. From the beginning to the present, there are thousands of data in the background, which is very sensitive and private. This is our values. The fourth is easy to spread, and you can use a cold virus. For this product, I believe we can make it into a cold virus or even a little more shocking into HIV. If it is a virus, it is very easy to spread, the market cost and what you need to spend may be relatively reduced, and it has super vitality. No matter how the giants suppress you, there is still a chance to survive. Just like the cold virus, there are so many cold medicines that can be treated, but some people still catch a cold. Make the product into a virus and make it easy to spread. It's actually quite simple. The mobile Internet relies on spending money to buy users today. For example, you can tell everyone about your real experience of making an APP to promote a game. 5 yuan's application is 3 yuan Duo and a certified public accountant. If you buy 1 10,000 users, it will be 5 million. For us, we don't have that much money at all. The key is to let your own software spread, so that everyone here feels that this software is better recommended to my friends. I think this thing is better than another thing to recommend to friends and gradually form a circle. Another direction we are still working on, we recycle the software data from a single software, which is an information island, and there is a data interaction between you and your friends, which is also easy to spread. When we do products and services, I suggest you consider these four latitudes. These are several latitudes that are useless for our company to judge whether a project or a product does this function. As a practitioner of mobile Internet, I have a deep understanding. There are more rivers and lakes in the mobile Internet, and there are all kinds of fights every day, rivers and lakes every day, and gangs every day. It's actually very important. We also ask you a question internally. Why do users use you instead of others, including investors? What should Tencent do? What do you do with Baidu? Why do users choose you? Actually, this is quite interesting. We can do the same. If you really make a mobile Internet product, your idea is very good. Why do users use you? As a team, we are very concerned about dozens of people. We are all committed to this. We love our products. Every modification is like holding hands with our first love. Users can feel your intention. What we do today and what we do tomorrow are progress. Moreover, I never thought that you would believe in the interaction and feelings that depend on you. With such feelings, it is still difficult to migrate. So, that's what we've been doing. We don't want to say that we are a great company. We are trying to make products and serve users well, so that they can feel your intentions and feel that you care about me more than others. And your service is really good enough, and your usage scenarios and tipping points are ok. I believe you. The other is faster than big companies. I have experience in working in a big company. If making a product is not the most important core project of a big company, their project is the same as yours. It doesn't matter whether they are carrying KPI or not, but it's different for us. If you don't do well, you will go home, so you will be more attentive. This is an opportunity for us to do better and focus more, and your team will take root in it every day. So we studied all kinds of studies from Global Chronicle to those done by Americans, Japanese and Taiwan Province Province. The American market is also very big, so we are very focused and devoted, and users will choose us. A product is not as long as a product, so that the product can continuously create value for users. In fact, we make calendars. I think how to create value continuously? I think short life is better than making products. A business is not as good as this business for a long time. From 2009 to now, many students who started businesses together and many good companies have ended up. It's not that their products are not good enough, but that things have been on fire for a while, or that what they have done has reached a high level and entered a bottleneck period. Therefore, we should keep this in mind when doing mobile Internet, so that our products can continue to create value for users. If you want to create value for a long time, it will be a long process, so your team should be quite stable. Our five partners are all college classmates, and they are still together today. They are all brothers and have dreams. They won't consider the small problem that I get more today, you get more tomorrow, and you have to have enough money. So you have to find your funds on the right platform at the right time. The third is the product. We need to keep innovating. I have made nearly 20-30 versions of the Chinese calendar, from the first edition to today's edition, from 65.438+0 million users to 65.438+0 billion users. We simply made a lunar calendar of 65.438+0 billion users that everyone is not optimistic about. We've been trying. Basically, for example, this version is released Two days later, we felt that the last version was released. We are all embarrassed to show it to users. Next, let's do the next one. We will make different modifications to the function, and constantly optimize and surpass it. In fact, our biggest challenge comes from that I am the product manager, and your biggest thing is to deny yourself. I once made a very good function. After two weeks, I feel like shit and dare not admit it, so we need to constantly surpass ourselves and deny ourselves. Let users feel that this team has changed again, which is really what they need. This process is still very painful, really painful. I myself have been teased by our team again and again, calling you a bitch. Last week, you spoke very well. After two days, you said shit. This is us. User value? Economic value, we can't sacrifice the long-term value of users in order to realize economic value. Actually, I think it's quite important. Facing the rapid growth of cmnet, the number of smartphone users will reach about 700 million in the next two years. How so many families turn these users into value may not be narrowly understood as economic value. If you understand it as economic value, you can't stand the temptation. We all get huge benefits from advertising, which we have never done. If we want the company to exist for a long time, we can withstand the temptation and loneliness. We let the company grow healthily and don't covet short-term interests. It's simple. If you advertise too much, users will think you are unhappy. This is the process of getting user bonuses. In fact, it is a long process for users to obtain and convert bonuses. We have many users, all kinds of users, from stars to ordinary farmers. We can't do this. I am the king with users, but I am not the king. I serve the users. We can't say that this thing is mine, it is what I want, so we have been paying close attention to this matter. When you have enough users, don't be too anxious to become economic benefits. Don't listen to investors saying that you will make a profit tomorrow. When we are faced with these, we can withstand the temptation, count the user's behavior well, and prepare for a bigger career in the future. Today, we only have one ticket, and there are funds and money on the mobile Internet, so that some users can survive in the early days. I believe that the mobile Internet from 2008 to 13 is only a technical beginning, and the next five years will be an industrial harvest. More industrial capital will come in and there will be real gains. Source: Boss Business School Author: Qin Tao
