1. Why do you want to set up a bulletin board?

The purpose of setting up occupational health bulletin board is to let every worker know the published contents, so as to consciously implement relevant system regulations and strengthen self-protection.

2. What should be publicized?

The occupational health bulletin board shall publish the rules and regulations, operating procedures, emergency rescue measures for occupational hazards and the detection results of occupational hazards in the workplace.

(1) Rules and regulations for the prevention and control of occupational diseases

Rules and regulations shall include laws, regulations and rules related to the prevention and control of occupational diseases, the internal management system of the employing unit and various forms of responsibility system.

(2) Operating procedures

Refers to the procedures or steps formulated by the employer to ensure the safe, stable and effective operation of the unit, and the procedures or steps that relevant personnel must follow when operating equipment or handling business. Operating procedures should be concise, clear and standardized, and ensure that workers understand and master them. Operating procedures should ensure the occupational safety and health of workers.

(3) Emergency rescue measures for occupational hazards

Refers to the treatment and rescue measures taken when occupational hazards or acute occupational health damage occur in the prevention and control of occupational diseases, including some emergency measures taken to immediately control and stop the causes of occupational hazards.

(four) the detection results of occupational hazards in the workplace

Refers to the employer in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and the administrative department of health of the State Council, to detect and evaluate occupational hazards in the workplace. According to the provisions of this article, the test and evaluation results shall be stored in the occupational health archives of the employer, reported to the local health administrative department on a regular basis and announced to the workers.
