In this dish, it is best to chop tofu with chopsticks, so that the sliced chicken tofu will fully absorb the fragrance of sesame oil and chives or Toona sinensis.

Making:
1, add water to the pot to boil, blanch the Toona sinensis, take it out and chop it up. Blanch the tofu and let it cool.
2. Pour the diced tofu and Toona sinensis into a larger container, add salt and sesame oil and mix well. Food, you can enjoy it.
This dish, in restaurants, Toona sinensis is often added too little to eat enough. If you make it at home, you can add it according to your own taste.
Stewed tofu with leek
Ingredients: a piece of south tofu (lactone tofu), a handful of leeks, garlic, soy sauce, salt and vegetable oil.
Making:
1, cut the south tofu into tofu strips with a width of about 3 cm and a width of 1 cm. Don't spread the tofu after cutting. The tofu in the south is very tender, and it will be broken after the meeting.
2. Cut the leek into 2-3cm segments.
3. Garlic slices.
4. Cool the oil in the hot pot, put in the tofu strips, slowly remove them with a shovel, and let the tofu fry slightly on the surface of the tofu under the action of hot oil. This way, tofu will not be easily broken.
5. Add leeks, soy sauce, soy sauce, garlic slices and salt, mix well and serve.
Stir-fry this dish, it is best to top the pot, so that the tofu will not be broken.
You can add colored peppers to enhance the color tone. If you can't knock over the pot, you can use dried tofu instead of tofu. Slice dried beans and fry them with leeks, which is also a good vegetarian dish.
With soy sauce, the color of this dish will be very attractive. Although it is light, it tastes good.
Spicy hot bean curd
Preparation: one piece of south tofu or one piece of north tofu, meat stuffing, cooking wine, starch, Chili noodles, pepper noodles, Pixian bean paste and vegetable oil.
Making:
1, cut tofu into small pieces (about 1 cm) and blanch. Take it out for later use.
2. Put the oil in the hot pot and cool it. Add the meat stuffing and stir-fry to change color. Add the cooking wine and stir-fry, and then add a tablespoon of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry to give a fragrance. Add pepper noodles and Chili noodles. Add appropriate amount of water to boil.
3. Add tofu to the pot, stir fry evenly and stew. After collecting the juice, add starch water, mix well and take out the pot.
After serving, sprinkle chopped chives to increase the color.
Because a spoonful of Pixian bean paste is added, there is no need to add salt. This dish is delicious and rice is a perfect match.
Stewed cabbage with tofu
Ingredients: a piece of tofu, Chinese cabbage, pork belly with skin, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and vegetable oil.
Making:
1, tofu is cut into pieces 3 cm long, 0.5 cm thick and 2 cm wide.
2. After washing the cabbage, separate the leaves from the stalks, and cut the stalks into pieces with an oblique blade for later use.
3. Slice pork belly with skin.
4. Slice garlic and shred ginger.
5. Put the oil in the hot pot and cool it. Put the tofu into the pot one by one and fry the tofu slightly on both sides. Out of the pot for later use.
6. Add vegetable oil, add pork belly and stir-fry to change color, and then add ginger, garlic slices and cooking wine to stir-fry for fragrance. Stir-fry with soy sauce and soy sauce, put the fried tofu and cabbage into the pot, stir evenly, and add appropriate amount of water to stew.
7. When the soup is getting less and less, stir it evenly, take it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
