Violators who are found for the first time will be fined 50 yuan/time, and their immediate superior will be fined 100 yuan/time; If the violator is found to be directly dismissed for the second time, 30% of the monthly salary of his direct leader will be deducted and three months will be deducted. Article 3 No-smoking notice in the company's factory area

In response to the relevant national regulations on smoking ban in public places, combined with the "No Smoking in Factory" system in Article 4 of the GMP document (HWSM 1 100), this paper summarizes the reality of smoking ban in the company in recent years, fundamentally realizes smoking ban in the factory and protects passive smokers.
1. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the factory. No one is allowed to smoke anywhere in the factory under any pretext, and offenders will be dealt with illegally.
2. It is forbidden to bring cigarettes, kindling and other items into the factory. Workers in our factory can keep cigarettes, kindling and other items in the guard room and take them away after work.
3. Foreign customers, zf related departments and other personnel should also strictly abide by the company's "no smoking in the factory" regulations when entering the factory, and the accompanying or receiving personnel should politely inform the visitors in advance. Very special foreigners must smoke in the reception room on the third floor, and smoking is not allowed in other places. If foreign customers, zf departments and other personnel violate the smoking ban, the accompanying or reception personnel shall bear the responsibility.
4. Anyone who violates the "Regulations on the Full Implementation of Smoking Prohibition in Factories" will be given an economic penalty of 1000 yuan once found out or reported by relevant personnel.
5. There must be no cigarette butts in factories, offices, production workshops and workplaces of various departments. Once found, it shall be dealt with as illegal smoking, and the responsibility of the department head shall be investigated.
6. The Administration Department should post the no-smoking sign in the factory gate, office building and production workshop in a conspicuous position to create a no-smoking atmosphere in the whole room.
7. The Administration Department is responsible for setting up the "Supervision Team for Smoking Prohibition in the Factory" to supervise and inspect the smoking ban on a regular basis, and punish those who violate the smoking ban in a timely manner and strictly investigate and deal with them.
8. I hope that the middle and senior managers of the company will set an example, take the lead in demonstrating, consciously abide by it, actively perform the supervisory function of the leaders, and make active and effective efforts to achieve the goal of "completely banning smoking in the factory".
