1. Application: The applicant submits a written application, fills in the Application for Hygiene Permit or the Application for Change of Hygiene Permit, and submits relevant materials according to hygiene requirements (see below for material requirements).
2. Registration: the application materials within the scope of acceptance shall be examined and registered in accordance with the provisions on the acceptance of health permits and the conditions of public places. The new construction, reconstruction and expansion of public places shall be carried out in accordance with the preventive health supervision procedures, and the construction projects shall be approved in advance, and the construction shall be carried out in accordance with the approved contents. After the completion of the construction project, it shall apply for the hygiene acceptance of the construction project and apply for the hygiene license of public places.
3. Acceptance: If the health administrative department meets the acceptance conditions after reviewing the application materials, it will issue an administrative license acceptance notice within 5 working days; Do not meet the acceptance conditions, issued a decision not to accept; If the materials are incomplete, a Notice of Supplementary Materials for Administrative License shall be issued.
4. Comments: After accepting the application, the health administrative department shall organize business personnel to review the application materials and business premises in accordance with the requirements of health laws and regulations and national health standards, and put forward rectification measures and opinions when problems are found.
5. Decision: The health administrative department shall, within 20 days from the date of accepting the application, grant administrative license to those who meet the requirements according to the examination opinions; Do not meet the requirements, decided not to grant administrative license.
6. Delivery: If the health administrative department makes a decision to approve the administrative license, it shall issue the Public Health Permit within 10 days from the date of making the decision, and deliver the Public Health Permit to the applicant.
