The treatment method and required materials are as follows:
1. Have a physical examination before applying for a health certificate.
(1) Bring your ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, get the medical examination form, paste the photos (the other one is a health certificate), and fill in the basic information such as name and gender.
(2) Laboratory blood collection and stool anal swab test.
(3) Routine physical examination of internal medicine and surgery.
(4) Chest X-ray.
(5) Complete all physical examination items.
2. If the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, a health certificate shall be issued after passing the training of health laws and regulations organized by health supervision institutions. If the physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing a health certificate, a health certificate shall not be issued.
To sum up, to apply for Beijing Health Certificate, you need to bring your ID card or other valid identification. When applying for the second time, you need to bring the original certificate and go to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention for physical examination.

Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
