Strictly control personnel from high-risk areas to enter Beijing, restrict personnel from areas with cases to enter Beijing, and suspend trains and buses for flights to Beijing. All foreigners who enter (return) Beijing are identified as close contacts and sub-close contacts. In addition to self-isolation, they will be supervised by their work units and communities (villages) for one week and will not participate in any gathering activities.
2. Return to Beijing in low-risk areas
Previously, it was stipulated that people in low-risk areas in China no longer need to hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid testing within 7 days before arriving in Beijing, and no more 14 days after arriving in Beijing, and no more nucleic acid testing after 7 days and 14 days. They can enter and leave Beijing freely and orderly with the health pass code "green code" on the premise of normal temperature measurement and personal protection. At present, personal health monitoring should be strengthened more consciously.
Legal basis: Article 39 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases. Medical institutions shall take the following measures in time when they find Class A infectious diseases:
(a) isolation treatment of patients and pathogen carriers, and the isolation period shall be determined according to the results of medical examination;
(two) for suspected patients, isolation treatment in designated places before diagnosis;
(3) Carry out medical observation and take other necessary preventive measures at designated places for patients, pathogen carriers and close contacts of suspected patients in medical institutions.
The public security organ may assist medical institutions to take compulsory isolation treatment measures if they refuse isolation treatment or leave isolation treatment without authorization before the expiration of isolation period. Medical institutions should take necessary treatment and control measures according to the condition when they find patients with Class B and Class C infectious diseases. Medical institutions must, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, disinfect and dispose of places, articles and medical wastes contaminated by infectious disease pathogens in their own units.
