What snacks are easy to make, fast and healthy?

Have foodies ever had such an experience? You must eat something to cheer up! So it is really cruel to give up snacks completely. Eating fruits and nuts is too boring. Only by taking the time to DIY a few snacks yourself can we satisfy the mouth-watering snacks!

I fully support making healthy snacks quickly and simply. I eat almost all the time, so I like to spend little time making healthy choices! Here are some of my favorites:

Delicious fruit salad

I like fruit. My refrigerator is full of fruits, so I eat different fruits all day. Making fruit salad, or just a bowl of fruit, has become my second nature. I will eat different kinds of fruits, usually strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, pineapples and bananas. Sometimes I will eat exotic fruits, such as pitaya. Rinse the things that need to be rinsed, chop them up, pour them into a bowl, and add a little honey, tequila and even yogurt. This is one of my favorite snacks.

Carrots and hummus

Another quick steal. I have many different flavors of hummus, so I can change my taste at any time. I also like to dip cucumbers and pita cakes in hummus. It has a wide range of uses. Sometimes I even spread hummus on the bread roll, and then add carrots, lettuce, cucumbers and bean chips. It's fast and delicious to wrap.

Milkshake bowl

I have to admit, I was a little hesitant to try at first. But somehow, they taste much better than ordinary milkshakes. Basically, you mix an ordinary milkshake, whatever you like, and then pour it into a bowl. Put some fresh fruit, granola, chia seeds or flax seeds on it. If you like nuts, you can even put fresh mint, coconut or cocoa beans. The choices about how to make these milkshakes are endless. They are delicious.
