If the data to be sorted is neat, it can be sorted according to a fixed width; If it is not neat, it can be separated by separators.
First, according to the fixed width:
Suppose the table is as follows. Divide letters and numbers into two columns.
1. Select the data, find "Separate" in the data tab, select "Fixed Width" in the pop-up dialog box, and click Next.
2. Step 2: Click the ruler to determine the position to sort, and then click OK directly.

Second, the data is not neat.
If numbers and letters are reversed, numbers and letters are still required to be separated.
1. Type a comma, semicolon, space or TAB in English where you need to separate data. In this case, use a comma.
2. Select the data, click Delimited, select Delimiter, and then click Next.
3. Select a comma and click Finish.
