Hospital leaders and some employees have sacrificed their rest time for many times to go deep into the village to investigate, find out the poverty situation, analyze the causes of poverty, make clear the ideas of poverty alleviation, formulate development plans, take poverty alleviation as the key work, persevere and grasp it to the end.
Second, vigorously develop education, improve the quality of the masses, and enhance their self-development and ability to get rid of poverty and become rich. To be rich, we must have talents and develop education. "No matter how poor you are, you can't be poor in education. No matter how bitter you are, you can't be poor in children." The only primary school in the village is crowded with village committees. Most of the tables and chairs are crooked and crumbling, and the blackboard is mottled. In view of this situation, our school purchased 60 sets of brand-new standard desks and chairs for the primary school, equipped with standard computer rooms, and also helped the primary school in the village to harden the school playground, so that the children bid farewell to "dust in sunny days and mud in rainy days", creating a good learning environment for the children and promoting the gradual development of cultural and educational undertakings in the village. At the same time, our hospital also assisted the village to hire technicians and teachers to organize 6 sessions of centralized training for 256 households, 1022 person-times, so that the village basically reached a level of science and technology. Improve the scientific and cultural level of the masses, increase the ability to get rich, enhance the ability of self-enrichment and development, and lay a good foundation for the whole village to get rid of poverty.
Third, improve infrastructure conditions, accumulate development potential, and accelerate the pace of poverty alleviation in the whole village. The village has weak agricultural infrastructure, inconvenient transportation, ineffective information and slow development of rural undertakings. To get rid of poverty completely, we must fundamentally improve these conditions. To this end, our hospital actively helps the village to strengthen infrastructure construction, accumulate development potential, and promote poverty alleviation. When we help in the village, it is also a critical period for the construction of our hospital inpatient building. There is a serious shortage of funds, but we have not given up because of our own difficulties. In the case of particularly difficult hospital funds, we helped the village to carry out the following construction:
First, traffic construction: if you want to be rich, build roads first. Traffic congestion is a "bottleneck" hindering economic development. All the staff of our hospital donated 654.38 million yuan to build Fumin Road for the village. Thanks to the efforts of all parties, four groups of roads have been built in the village, with a total length of 10 km, which completely solved the problem of travel difficulties for more than 85 households in the village and surrounding village groups 100.

Drinking water for people and animals. 46 new water cellars of over 30m3 were built, which solved the drinking water problem of 148 households, 672 people and 300 large livestock, and enabled more than 90 farmers in the village to eat "sanitary water". Third, rural power grid transformation: 48 kilometers of new low-voltage lines will be built to achieve the same price between urban and rural areas, so that 97% of farmers can use "safe electricity".
Fourth, the information network: the group opened a program-controlled telephone, and the telephone access rate reached more than 20%. There are 234 TV sets in the village, and with wireless users, the TV penetration rate has reached 78. Fifth, ecological energy construction: 34 new biogas digesters were built, barren hills were afforested 1 10,000 mu, 960 mu of farmland was returned to forests, and new hillsides were closed for afforestation10.5 million mu, which eliminated tiger stoves, effectively protected ecology and saved energy. 6. Relocation for Poverty Alleviation: Help the village to relocate 30 households 1 14 people in remote mountainous areas to the side of roads with relatively convenient traffic and build unified new houses.
Fourth, strengthen health and poverty alleviation, and solve the problems of expensive and difficult medical treatment.
Village clinics are poorly equipped, and doctors rely entirely on the "third child". The only rural doctor is not of high quality and can only see minor illnesses such as colds. When villagers are sick, they often freeze at home and can't wait to go to the hospital. By this time, they had been dragged into a serious illness. One person gets sick, and the whole family is poor. In order to fundamentally solve the problem of villagers' poverty caused by illness and returning to poverty due to illness, our hospital took advantage of its own health resources and started with strengthening the construction of village clinics. * * * invested 1.8 million yuan, bought two sets of beds and quilts for the clinic, equipped with/kloc-0 qualified village doctors, implemented the new rural cooperative medical system, and solved the problem of villagers' medical treatment.
It is difficult to see a doctor. A set of urine test instruments and four hospital beds with a value of 1000 yuan were also given to the * * health center for free, and health personnel were trained for them for free, which greatly improved the medical level of the health center and greatly enhanced the ability to serve the local people's health. At the same time, patients in our hospital can also enjoy 20% medical fee reduction. This alone, our hospital reduced the medical expenses for our patients by nearly 20,000 yuan. The biggest beneficiary is the village patient, who was penniless when he was admitted to the hospital. Our hospital not only reduced the treatment cost for * * * by more than 6000 yuan, but also the medical staff spontaneously donated money and materials, and sent meals and clothes for him.
With the careful treatment and selfless help of the medical staff in our hospital, she recovered quickly and was discharged from hospital. The poor patient in this village was hospitalized in our hospital in April this year. Our hospital spent more than 3000 yuan to treat him for free. When the patient was discharged from the hospital, he gratefully took the hand of the medical staff and said, "You are really closer than my relatives!" " Personnel are changing, and the true feelings of cadres and workers in our hospital towards Sanchahe villagers have never changed. After pairing up with the village, our hospital has changed two leaders, but each leader always remembers the warmth and coldness of the villagers in Sanchahe. Every hospital leader took the initiative to form a helping pair with the villagers. On the eve of the Spring Festival in 2003, leaders of * * * and other hospitals personally sent them to solatium, 200 yuan, urging them not to be stumped by the current poverty, but to cheer up, choose the right project and have a party.
The care of the people's government, coupled with their own efforts, will certainly get rid of the hat of poverty, and said that county hospitals will be their strength.
Strong backing, no matter how difficult it is, the cadres and workers of the county hospital will help it to the end. The leaders of the hospital also led the experts in the hospital to the village for free clinic many times, and gave away medicine 1000 yuan for free, so that the villagers in the village could enjoy the quality service of the experts in the county hospital without leaving the village. Hospital staff donated money and materials many times, and nearly a thousand donated clothes, schoolbags and stationery were delivered to the villagers in time. Send food, oil and other condolences to the villagers before the Spring Festival every year. Especially before the Spring Festival in 2006, we sent 100 yuan solatium and a bucket of cooking oil to 20 old party member families in the village. Old party member people were so grateful that they expressed their desire to carry forward the fine tradition of hard struggle, actively cooperate with village cadres, lead villagers to get rid of poverty and become rich as soon as possible, and repay the kindness of their relatives in the county hospital.
Fifth, strengthen the construction of the party's position and promote the work of party building in villages. In order to help the village comprehensively strengthen the construction of village-level organization activity positions, and effectively solve some outstanding problems that affect the construction of rural grassroots organizations, such as "no place for activities, no place for office work and no equipment for study", our hospital sent assistant dean * * * to.
