In order to know and master the production trends and progress in time, it is required to pay attention to the timeliness of sending and receiving documents (data). For example, in oilfield development, the most critical problem in the production of new wells is the generation of "cementing quality map". With it, it can be proved that the preliminary work of the well has been completed and it can be perforated and put into production immediately. As long as the "cementing quality map" arrives, it is required that it cannot be sent to the front line of scientific research and production within 24 hours, which requires that the receiving and dispatching work should be fast and punctual. Theoretically speaking, according to the latest viewpoint in the archival field, only by using computers to manage and utilize archival information in full text (entity) can archival work truly enter the information age and archives management truly be called modernization. Further improving the digitalization and informatization level of oilfield geological data, expanding the service field, upgrading the service function, improving the social influence and public service ability of geological work, and accelerating the informatization and automation process of sending and receiving petroleum geological files (data) are of great significance to promoting the clustering industrialization of geological data information services of petroleum enterprises. Successive leaders of the oilfield have attached great importance to the submission of oilfield geological archives, and formulated a strict file submission, distribution and receiving system, requiring production and scientific research units to submit files to the archives center in time. The archivists of the archives collection center are also required to send the important archives received to the front line of scientific research and production within 24 hours. For decades, the collection and delivery of archives in Zhongyuan Oilfield has been running on a healthy track.

After more than 30 years of rapid development, Zhongyuan Oilfield has established itself in the oil field, created new markets outside, and continuously introduced new technologies and methods. Now you only need a small mobile hard disk to solve the report scheme shown in the figure. The resulting electronic documents are also diverse. According to the different needs of work, there are the following different types of electronic geological data files:
(1) Reports, report albums, various topographic maps and multimedia report schemes formed in scientific research activities such as exploration and development, computer software used to make electronic files, versions of the software used, and data files, graphic files and model files with reference value formed by using technologies such as computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), inspection and simulation experiments.
(2) Various electronic files of well information formed by "well" as a unit. Such as completion, logging, mud logging, oil testing, laboratory analysis, etc. : ① Geological completion report and logging data. Including completed geological reports, drawings, attachments and corresponding electronic documents. Logging data, such as original documents such as small class geology, gas logging, drilling time-lapse report and record book, large class geological log, etc. ② Logging data. Including: logging interpretation report and combination diagram, interpretation result table, standard diagram, RFT logging diagram, water absorption profile and other drawings. ③ Well test data. Including the geological data formed by ash injection, water injection and fracturing in oil wells. ④ Drilling engineering report and original data. Including drilling engineering report, directional well technical service summary, mud report, cementing report, downhole operation summary and corresponding electronic files. ⑤ Analyze the analysis data generated by various cores and cuttings.
(3) 2D and 3D seismic tapes based on seismic exploration information formed by geological survey. Status of electronic document filing
Through investigation, we found that today, with the discovery of computer technology, office automation has been widely used in many departments of Zhongyuan Oilfield: using computer technology for data processing and drawing, editing and printing scientific research reports, and making illustrated multimedia report materials. However, the formation and management of electronic documents are still in the primary stage. The so-called file management is mainly the management of paper files after electronic files are printed into paper files, but the standardized management of electronic files is hardly carried out, and files stored in hard disks are often modified and deleted at will; Electronic files copied into floppy disks are scattered in the hands of computer operators and designers in various secondary units, and there is no systematic collection and arrangement. We all know the importance of the collection and management of electronic documents, but we don't pay enough attention to electronic documents, especially the requirements and processes of electronic document management are not strict enough, and there is no unified management model for electronic document management. Therefore, while submitting paper files to the "Exchange Center", all units handed in by the Exchange failed to submit corresponding electronic files.
3. Accelerate the informationization of sending and receiving petroleum geological files (data) and promote the clustering industrialization of geological data information services.
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Land and Resources, China Petrochemical System 20 12 continued to promote the process of clustering industrialization of geological data information services. 3. 1 Strengthen the collection of electronic documents and archives on the basis of the established machine-readable catalogue for sending and receiving documents (materials).
As an oil company, after the geological archives are formed, there is a centralized management, that is, they are handed over to the "collection centers" of various oil fields. Over the years, the "exchange center" has been receiving and dispatching in strict accordance with the oil field exchange and distribution plan, and it is also a supervision institution to test whether the paper geological archives are complete. With the continuous development of science and technology and the application of modern technology, a large number of electronic documents of geological data have been formed. The "exchange center" can naturally become the best regulatory agency for electronic document exchange. Therefore, the reality and situation require us to investigate and study the petroleum geological archives of Zhongyuan Oilfield, and study which of these geological archives have produced both paper files and electronic files. Study the technical methods of receiving, saving and utilizing these electronic documents. Relevant oilfield leaders and archives administration departments should formulate the filing and submission scope of electronic documents of petroleum geological archives (data) as soon as possible, and formulate the filing and submission system of paper documents and electronic documents produced at the same time with reference to relevant national documents. Strengthen the collection and supervision of electronic documents and electronic files, require the compilers of enterprise information integration system to add management contents such as identification, filing, preservation and utilization of electronic files in the process of system design and operation, and make detailed provisions on the collection, accumulation, arrangement, filing, transfer, storage, utilization and statistics of electronic files to maintain the effectiveness, reliability and real-time performance of archival information resources; The electronic documents with voucher function and reference value will be included in the filing scope in time, and the units and departments that submit geological files in the oilfield will be urged to submit paper geological files. At the same time, the archives will file the electronic documents generated together with the paper files in duplicate, and the rest paper documents will be filed according to the original filing requirements.
Matters needing attention in electronic document collection:
(1) Pay attention to the collection of draft paper. In the initial stage of office automation, it is easy to ignore the collection of manuscripts. Most of these electronic documents are often overwritten or cleaned up by newly drafted documents, because their storage media are used for other storage. Some draft documents contain a lot of important information about the revision process and have reference value. They are saved as archive contents and cannot be deleted. For auxiliary or formal electronic documents, they should be collected and sorted in time, and an identification relationship should be established with the corresponding paper documents. Zhongyuan Oilfield Archives Management Office has regularly used this part of electronic documents, and part-time archivists of all units have handed them over to the archives room online.
(2) Pay attention to the collection of electronic file carriers and related software and hardware equipment: In view of the characteristics of electronic files, the standards and compression methods of storage carriers and recorded information are different for electronic files with different information types due to their different technical characteristics. The requirements of document management should be extended to file management. Indeed, electronic documents and drawings generated anytime and anywhere make it impossible for enterprise archivists to wait for the final formation and archiving of files. Unify the current subsection management of document processing and file keeping from the perspective of continuous management of electronic documents, and put forward the principle requirements of file management, including the formation, operation and filing management of electronic documents, which shall be coordinated by the competent department or person in charge and designated by specialized agencies or personnel; In the process of formation, accumulation, filing and storage of electronic documents, the equipment environment and related data should be registered in time to ensure the filing quality of electronic documents; Special software for generating electronic documents must be filed together; The management of archived electronic documents should have strict rules and effective technical measures to ensure the originality, authenticity and integrity of their information; Electronic documents kept as archives for a long time shall be filed together with paper documents or hard copies of the same content; Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the archived electronic documents.

Confidential electronic documents are strictly prohibited from accessing the public network.
Realize resource sharing, change the service mode, expand the original professional and basic information, and provide information services such as data processing, consultation and decision-making, and technical support. All the well data of Zhongyuan Oilfield are entered into the database, forming an input database, some of which have full-text databases. The geological data items distributed by the "receiving and dispatching center" of the oilfield can be accessed online within 24 hours after the geological data are delivered to the "receiving and dispatching center". Scientific research users of exploration and development and users of all units in the front line of production can know the latest geological files at any time through the oilfield LAN. Zhongyuan Oilfield should gradually realize the digitization of paper geological archives on the basis of the electronic catalogue, and adopt different methods according to the classification of archives.
There are most graphic files in geological data, which solves the problem of electronic graphic files. Plain text files are not a problem under the current technical conditions. Graphic files can be digitized by the following methods:
One is graphics scanning technology. Through manual and automatic parameter setting and technology development, a set of perfect scanning technology for blue printing, clear printing, pencil sketch and wet deformation map has been formed, thus ensuring the scanning quality of blue printing. Two-dimensional adaptive threshold scanning technology solves the difficult problem of pencil sketch scanning. Automatic electronic deformation technology completely solves the deformation problem of scanned input graphics of damp deformation map.
The second is raster image processing technology. This technology is used to correct the raster image quality defects that cannot be eliminated or completely eliminated in the scanning process, so as to improve the raster image quality and prepare for accurately identifying the details of the raster image. Grating image processing technology can complete angle rotation, tilt correction, blue removal and decontamination, raster image segmentation, local extraction and merging, transparent superposition of raster images and raster image editing, which provides technical methods for renovation, derivation and reuse of old images.
Thirdly, the vectorization technology of raster map can complete the conversion from raster map to vector map. Using automatic vectorization and manual vectorization, we can complete the vectorization tracking of contour lines, centerline+contour lines and centerline of raster map lines and regions, as well as the pattern recognition of characters, forming a vector map prototype widely used in work and special fields.
The fourth is vector processing technology. This technology uses the drawing tools and commands provided by the vector processor to edit the vector entities of the vectorized original graphics, and smoothly fill the regions, thus generating a perfect vector diagram for the plotter to output.
Fifthly, grating vector hybrid processing technology. This technology can manually vectorize the objects that need to be changed locally in the raster image, while the rest still keep the raster image format and output in the raster vector mixed mode. This technology can quickly generate graphics and is often used to report illustrations.
6. Graphic output technology, using large format color inkjet plotter to complete the full set of drawing and publishing of color wall charts and color photo albums (double-sided/single-sided) below A0. Intelligent layout optimization typesetting technology, batch queue drawing of roll paper, not only saves cost, but also improves work efficiency, ensuring high precision and good quality of color wall charts and picture books.
In seismic geophysical exploration, a large number of 2D and 3D seismic profile graphic files are generated by using seismic processing system and seismic interpretation system, and a large number of 2D and 3D seismic tapes are formed. Due to the long storage time, some of them have been stuck. For this part of geological data files, computer technology can be used to dump the magnetic tape to the mobile hard disk for storage. It is not only conducive to storage, but also saves a lot of storage space.
4. Strengthen the training of file receiving and dispatching personnel.
To realize the cluster industrialization of geological data information service is inseparable from people's participation and practice. 6. Improve relevant policies and systems.
