Those who call mental health "self-actualizers" are

Maslow: A famous American psychologist and a pioneer of the third generation psychology.

As the most outstanding representative of humanistic movement, Maslow made the most systematic research on mental health. Maslow's interest in mental health research began with his love for Benedict and Witt Harmo, two mentors in college. He found that the physical appearance, cultural background and many other aspects of the two tutors are different, but many psychological characteristics are the same. Their mental health, academic success, and ability have been fully developed. In Maslow's words, they achieved self-realization. Maslow believes that the psychological and behavioral patterns embodied in these two mentors may serve as a model for ordinary people to learn and pursue.
