Yang is the foundation of health.

Some people say that happy people are more likely to live longer, people who love sports are more likely to live longer, people who control their diet are more likely to live longer, and people who go to bed early and get up early are more likely to live longer. I said that these are only one aspect of longevity, and the fundamental reason is that the yang of the human body is the ultimate weapon to maintain longevity. As early as Huangdi Neijing, it was recorded that "if the sun is a god, if the sun is out of position, it will die without a chapter", that is to say, if the human body does not have the god of the sun, its life will be shortened or even died. Therefore, yang is the cornerstone of longevity, and caring for yang is the secret of longevity.

Many of our ancestors died of natural causes, because they all attached great importance to protecting the yang of the human body. "Ancient people, knowing it, used yin and yang, combined surgery, moderate diet, regular life, and did not move, so they could be in harmony with God for a hundred years." People nowadays can't achieve it.

The main reason for the length of natural life is the excessive consumption of yang.

(1) Staying up late hurts Yang. Sleep is the process of self-recovery of human yang, so staying up late for a long time, yang failure, easy to accelerate aging.

(2) Eating too much will hurt Yang. "Double your diet and hurt your stomach." Spleen and stomach are the foundation of the day after tomorrow and the source of qi and blood metaplasia. Overeating damages the spleen and stomach, leading to spleen yang deficiency, which will spread to kidney yang over time, leading to deficiency of spleen and kidney yang and congenital yang deficiency.

(3) Sedentary injury to Yang. Now most people work in front of the computer and sit for half a day. Sedentary injury is the spleen yang of human body. Please refer to (2).

(4) Anger hurts Yang. "Worry leads to anger". When the human body is sad, the body is full of negative energy, which will occupy the position of yang, thus making it possible to convert. Therefore, people who are often angry will lose their yang, which will often lead to depression over time, and their life expectancy will naturally be shortened. 2

Some people say that people today can't live a natural life span because diseases deprive them of their life span, including tumors, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease and so on. Then we can analyze these diseases. The root cause of these diseases is the result of yang failure and yin excess. Let's start with the tumor. "Yang turns into qi, and Yin becomes". Tumor is a tangible real evil, which is the result of the condensation of yin evil, so it is essentially a manifestation of the deficiency of yang. Moreover, coronary heart disease "yang is weak and yin is weak" is the basic pathogenesis of coronary heart disease in traditional Chinese medicine, and the cause is still yang deficiency and yin stagnation. Finally, cerebrovascular disease, the basis of cerebrovascular disease is atherosclerosis, and whether intima thickening or plaque formation, it is tangible excess evil, the condensation of yin evil, and also caused by insufficient yang. It can be seen that whether the direct loss of yang leads to the shortening of life span or the disease itself leads to the termination of life span, it can finally be summed up as: caring for yang is the secret of longevity.
