The employer shall establish occupational health monitoring files for the workers, which shall include the workers' occupational history, occupational disease exposure history, occupational health examination results, occupational disease diagnosis and treatment and other relevant personal health information.
This law is based on Article 36 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases.
