Front-line medical personnel shall be subject to actual participation in on-site investigation and treatment, patient treatment and other work, and shall not be restricted by establishment and identity. The "Notice" proposes temporary work subsidies, one-time condolence subsidies, and health and epidemic prevention subsidies. Should be paid in time, and to the front-line medical personnel, especially those who treat critically ill patients, the payment standard should not be determined according to the administrative level. The working days of front-line medical staff working in critically ill wards should be calculated as 1.5 times of the actual working days. First-line medical staff working in centralized isolation observation points, working days are calculated according to the day when confirmed cases are found. First-line medical personnel who implement the first-class standard include medical personnel who directly participate in patient treatment in designated hospitals, isolation areas of hospitals or isolation areas of other medical and health institutions where confirmed cases are treated, medical and health professionals who directly carry out case specimen collection, pathogen detection and pathological examination, and first-line medical personnel who work in fever clinics in Hubei Province. Other front-line medical personnel shall implement the second-level standard.
