Today is my first online and offline mental health class. Teacher Kang is amiable and humorous. The content of the course is vivid and close to real life, and I have learned a lot of useful knowledge to adjust my mentality. I was suddenly full of confidence in my new life in college.
As Mr. Kang said, the ultimate goal of studying psychology is to make yourself happy. I quite agree with this! Being happy all the time is really a great wisdom, and we need to study hard to make our study life more colorful!
