Based on the analysis of the current situation of inner-party democracy construction at the grassroots level, this paper puts forward some thoughts on strengthening inner-party democracy construction at the grassroots level.

First, the main problems existing in the current grassroots inner-party democracy construction

The development of inner-party democracy has stimulated party member's enthusiasm for participating in inner-party affairs, added vitality to party building, and further promoted the process of organizational innovation and inner-party democracy building. However, there are also some problems that need to be studied in the future work, mainly:

(A) the understanding of developing inner-party democracy needs to be further improved. First of all, ideological attention is not enough. In recent years, although some practical explorations have been made in promoting inner-party democracy, some practices of expanding inner-party democracy and some experiences of strengthening inner-party democracy, which have been tested by practice and loved by party member people, have not been systematically summarized in time, and have not yet been determined in the form of systems and effectively implemented.

(4) Some outstanding problems in the construction of democratic centralism need to be further solved. Mainly manifested in two aspects: First, the lack of criticism and self-criticism. There are many problems in evaluating work, but few problems in evaluating personal thoughts. Organizing democratic life will lead to more self-criticism and less mutual criticism. Second, it is weak in formulating specific measures to implement rectification. Party member people lack effective supervision over the content, process and results of rectification, and the rectification effect is not obvious.

Second, some suggestions on strengthening inner-party democracy construction at the grass-roots level
