For buildings with central heating and air conditioning system, the design parameters such as indoor temperature, humidity and fresh air volume should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard Code for Design of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for Civil Buildings (GB50736); Buildings with non-central heating and air conditioning systems should have measures or reserved conditions to ensure indoor thermal environment. ⑤ The main functional rooms shall be equipped with thermal environment adjustment devices independently controlled on site. ⑥ The underground garage should be equipped with a carbon monoxide concentration monitoring device linked with exhaust equipment.
