I. Registration conditions

Have a bachelor's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities, have a bachelor's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities and have a master's degree or above in law, have a bachelor's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities and have been engaged in legal work for three years.
Before the implementation of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination, graduates with bachelor's degree or above in law major in institutions of higher learning who have obtained their school status (test scores) or corresponding qualifications, or graduates with bachelor's degree or above in non-law major in institutions of higher learning with legal professional knowledge, can sign up for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
Full-time undergraduate graduates (including junior college graduates, the same below) from ordinary universities and military academies in 20021year and graduates with the same academic qualifications from current master's degree can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 2020.
"Ordinary institutions of higher learning" refers to institutions of higher learning established in accordance with the law and approved by the education administrative department of the State Council to hold full-time undergraduate-level ordinary higher education, including full-time ordinary undergraduate colleges and independent colleges. (Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC))
Undergraduate graduates in 2020 who have completed their studies but have not yet obtained academic degree certificates and those who are continuing education (including online education, adult education, open university, etc.). You can sign up for the 2020 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
Those who take the self-study examination for higher education, who have obtained all the qualified scores in a single subject before September 30, 2020 and obtained this year's graduation certificate, can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 2020. After the examination, qualified personnel should submit graduation certificates and other materials within the time limit specified in the qualification application according to the information confirmed and promised by online registration. If it cannot be submitted within the prescribed time limit without justifiable reasons, it will be regarded as not meeting the prescribed registration conditions and the examination results will be invalid.
In 2020, the valid graduation certificate for enrolling in the national unified legal professional qualification examination is:
(1) Graduation certificates issued by adult institutions of higher learning and ordinary institutions of higher learning (including scientific research institutions that train graduate students) approved by the education administrative department of the State Council;
(2) Graduation certificates issued by the higher education self-study examination committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government authorized by the National Higher Education Self-study Examination Committee after passing the higher education self-study examination and higher education diploma examination;
(3) Graduation certificates obtained by students who have been approved by the education administrative department of the State Council, incorporated into the national enrollment plan, participated in the national unified examination and studied in party schools and military academies;
(4) Distance (network) education graduation certificate issued by ordinary colleges and universities approved by the education administrative department of the State Council to implement the network education pilot;
(5) Graduation certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, the former General Staff Department of the People's Liberation Army and the former General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army in China.
Whether the applicant's graduation certificate belongs to the national education sequence or the academic qualifications recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council shall be subject to the query results of the website of the National College Students Information Consultation and Employment Guidance Center of the Ministry of Education; If it is not found, the applicant needs to make a commitment. If it is approved, it must submit the "China Higher Education Credential Report" issued by the National College Students Information Consultation and Employment Guidance Center of the Ministry of Education within the prescribed qualification application period. Applicants for academic degree certificates from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the requirements for applying for academic degrees can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination. Please refer to the website of Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education (www.cscse.edu.cn) for the specific requirements of foreign academic degree certification.
(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
1. Having received criminal punishment for intentional crime;
2. Being expelled from public office or having his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;
3. The legal professional qualification certificate has been revoked;
4. You may not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination within two years or you may not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination (national judicial examination) for life;
5. Being identified as the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty by the relevant state units due to serious dishonesty and incorporated into the national credit information sharing platform;
6. Being banned from legal occupational therapy for life due to other circumstances.
If a person under any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph has gone through the registration formalities, the registration shall be invalid; Those who have already taken the exam will have invalid test results.
Those who have obtained Class A legal professional qualification certificates may not sign up for the 2020 national unified legal professional qualification examination.
(3) Relaxation of policies
If the household registration is in the relaxed area determined by the Ministry of Justice at the time of registration, the registration qualifications can be relaxed to graduate from colleges and universities.
2. Applicants who meet the relaxation policy should apply for relaxation policy when registering for objective testing; If the objective test scores reach the national unified qualified score line, you can also apply for relaxing the policy when registering for the subjective test.

3. (5) Applicants can choose to take the exam in Chinese or in the five minority languages of Mongolia, Tibet, Uygur, Kazak and North Korea. Candidates should use the same language test paper to take objective and subjective tests. Residents of Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province Province can choose to use simplified Chinese or traditional Chinese to fill in information and answer questions.

Photos must be clear and complete, showing shoulders, ears, eyebrows and dignified clothes. Don't wear thick glasses to cover your eyes or wear jewelry or heavy makeup, upload full-length photos, half-length photos, landscape photos, life photos, suspenders (suspenders) shirts, t-shirts, art photos, side photos, mobile phone selfies, standard police uniforms (military uniforms) photos, etc. And don't stretch the photo content, make PS photos.
This photo will be used as the only photo of the candidate's admission ticket, the notice of examination results, the application form for granting legal professional qualification and the legal professional qualification certificate. During the exam, photos will be compared with candidates' heads, and uploading unqualified electronic photos will affect identity verification. Please upload it as required and keep it properly.
If the photos uploaded during the registration period do not meet the specified requirements and are not updated and confirmed as required within the specified time limit, the registration will not be completed. The consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant.
5. Other materials required by the judicial administrative organ. The applicant shall fill in the personal information truthfully and accurately, make a true and effective commitment to the registration information, and be responsible for the authenticity of the material substance. Full-time undergraduate graduates in 20021year and fresh graduates with equivalent academic qualifications in ordinary colleges and military academies should sign the Commitment Letter for Fresh Graduates when registering online. Those who take the self-study examination of higher education before September 30, 2020 and obtain the graduation certificate within this year shall fill in the declaration of single subject qualification when registering online, and sign the commitment of passing the single subject in the registration system from June 10 to June 19; If the commitment letter is not signed within the time limit, the registration will be invalid and the admission ticket will not be printed.
If the applicant fills in false information or defrauds the registration by other means, the judicial administrative organ will deal with it in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination and other regulations.
(3) Set up test sites in the test area.
1. All set as computerized examination area.
2. Due to the epidemic prevention and control, in order to reduce the cross-regional flow of personnel and avoid the impact of epidemic changes, candidates are invited to choose the nearest examination area to register.
Seats in each examination area are limited, and seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to successful registration and payment. (4) Examination contents and subjects
The national unified legal professional qualification examination implements the national unified proposition. The outline of the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 2020, which was formulated and published by the Ministry of Justice, is the basis of the proposition.

(5) Examination time and method
In 2020, the national unified legal professional qualification examination will be conducted in two batches. According to the number of seats in each examination area, the number of applicants and the needs of epidemic prevention, the judicial administrative organ of the registration area determines the examination batches of candidates, which are divided into two batches: 10, 3 1,10 * *. Examination questions, answering requirements and answering interface will be displayed on the computer screen, and candidates should use the computer mouse or keyboard to answer directly on the computer answering interface.
(6) Print the admission ticket
Applicants who meet the examination requirements after examination by judicial administrative organs are allowed to issue admission tickets. (7) Qualified score
The objective examination of the national unified legal professional qualification examination shall be marked by the national unified computer.
According to the Measures for the Implementation of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination, in 2020, the qualified scores of objective questions in the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination will be determined by the Ministry of Justice in consultation with the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and other relevant departments. The qualified result of objective test is valid in this year and the next test year.

Full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary institutions of higher learning and military academies in 20021year and fresh graduates with equivalent academic qualifications who passed the subjective and objective examinations of the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 2020 shall apply to the judicial administrative organ for granting legal professional qualifications with graduation certificates and other materials within the prescribed time limit. Specific matters shall be announced separately by the Ministry of Justice.
The scope of application and management of the legal professional qualification certificate shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and other departments.
Eight. any other business

Other matters concerning the registration of servicemen shall be handled in accordance with the relevant notice requirements of the Ministry of Justice and the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Military Commission.
(four) in 2020, the national unified legal professional qualification examination will not publish test questions and reference answers. After the subjective test results are published, candidates who have objections to the test results may submit a written application for score verification to the judicial administrative organ of the registration place within 15 days from the date of publication of the test results.
(5) Before the promulgation of the relevant provisions on the organization and implementation of the national unified legal professional qualification examination, the relevant provisions of the former national judicial examination shall apply.
(6) The Outline of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination in 2020 formulated and published by the Ministry of Justice can be used as the basis for candidates to prepare for the exam. The judicial administrative organs do not hold pre-test training courses, nor do they entrust any unit with pre-test training and counseling for the 2020 national unified legal professional qualification examination.
