Summary of running training camp

Join the running training camp, starting with the concept of health, beauty and wealth. When we insist on going to bed early and getting up early every day, eating reasonably and exercising scientifically, we still have a good attitude. I just want to say that there is no problem with this state until we are 70 or 80 years old. All theories need to be based on the results of practice. It is ineffective to rely solely on exercise and diet. It must be a combination of exercise, diet and sleep, and it is a scientific exercise, so I choose more.

After 15 days of practice, I gained something.

① The correction of running posture is shorter than the previous landing time, which can be pulled up quickly and reduce the impact force of landing.

② The pace frequency is relatively stable, about 180, and through deliberate practice, I completely control my pace frequency at will.
